Anticipated Outcomes:

Participants will explore and plan differentiation strategies to ensure all students' intellectual engagement. They will develop a shared definition of rigorous instruction and a toolkit of strategies to challenge diverse learners. Participants will work alongside their administrators during the last day of the cycle to review and create professional learning plans centered around cognitive engagement.

Participants will analyze the levels of Bloom's Taxonomy, Hess Matrix and the Depth of Knowledge(DOK) levels to strategically develop text dependent questions for text and/or a unit of study.
